Unbelievably quiet in spite of being close to Queens Rd & St Kilda Rd even with peak hour traffic! Superb King Bed and pillows. No breakfast options but full kitchenette with cooktop, microwave, Toaster, DW and real fridge. Good Cafe next door.

Poor lighting in room.

We are always welcomed by friendly staff which makes difference. They were quick to respond to issues and resolved all a small queries. The location is great as it is by a tram stop so very easy to get to the city or St Kilda. the rooms are well appointed and spacious. Very comfortable stay.
