Holiday Inn Express Augusta North by IHG

The hotel was clean inside and out! Great curb appeal. However, the best part of the IHG unit was at the front desk. Chasity met us with a smile and was easy to chat with and makes jokes with throughout our stay. She and Kiombi G. are definitely the kind a people who need to be the face of a hotel and the first ones customers meet!

I liked how nice the cleaners were and workers in general. The beds were very comfortable bathrooms were clean and I also like how they had extra lotion and soap in the bathroom and shampoo I needed that a lot anywho I recommend this hotel 5 stars.

Darryl in the breakfast dinning area always keeps it organized, full, of food and very very clean. We travel all the time and we stay here in Augusta when visiting family. We get great rates and the service is the best. Again Darryl does a great job for this hotel.

Another great stay! Every employee was friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dining area was extremely clean and Darryl was the best! Highly recommend this hotel.

Heated pool and hot tub was great! Full size Soap, Lotion, Body wash, etc. Comfortable beds.
