"Excellent"

This property was as expected, staff was friendly, breakfast was very good. Our room was as expected for a hotel. Only "complaint," I would have is someone on the 4th floor flooded their bathroom and it poured out of a light in our kitchen area. We informed staff, they did come, see it and turn off the water on the 4th floor, but we were left to clean up the mess on our own. A man did come to take a look, left and never returned. I never heard another word about it, nor did they come to assess the damage in our room to see if it was safe to use lights in the room. Other than that I do not have any complaints about our stay and would return.

"Always Like Home"

Checked in by Korey who was cordial and very helpful in recommending restaurants, as well as helping with setting up my laptop. Appreciated his willingness to help us get comfortable in the room. As with Homewood Suites, the room was spacious, clean and fully equipped for our stay, and we always enjoy the separated bedroom and sitting area. The bed was very comfy with pillow-top mattress, extra pillows and plenty of space to move around. The tub/shower was great, with safety grab bars, extra towels and all clean and sanitized. Unfortunately, they have no business center, as many hotels are discontinuing, so my newly acquired laptop filled the bill. their fitness center was fully outfitted with weights, bench, bike, treadmills, ellipticals and water/towels. It had plenty of room to work out and was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, and Sue, the hostess, made sure everything was hot, filled and fresh. The chicken fajitas was a surprise on the breakfast bar, so added to the many choices. They did not provide USA today papers, but did have hand sanitizers available and recycled products - all nice perks that we look for. We were checked out by Nicole, and she was friendly and hospitable. I give this hotel a grade of A and recommend it for a comfortable, enjoyable stay.
