Budget Inn and Suites Siloam Springs

Friendly staff, good location, comfortable bed, clean Air conditioner was pretty noisy, fine when only fan was running but when the cooling compressor/coil started up it was noisy w some type of vibration noise. Faucet on tub/shower had a constant drip Older facility but price was very reasonable. Plenty of parking space too

Room was clean and beds comfortable. Close to lots of restaurants..

When I got there to check in there was a sign on the window stating go to room 129 for check in... Not comfortable doing that, but a man came out and got me checked in.. your typical low budget hotel.. no coffee or breakfast..

If I could give zero Stars I would.. My vehicle broke down in Siloam springs.. I spent the night at this motel.. got up the next morning and there are no rental cars in this town, so I had to get one from the airport 20 minutes away.. this motel made me and my wife stand outside of our room in 50° weather to wait on the shuttle because we had to be checked out by 10:30 no leniency at all. I would not recommend this place to a dog! Staff barely speaks English the non-smoking room smelled and the fresh coat of paint doesn't hide the busted trim and nastiness underneath.. read others reviews everywhere before you stay at this motel

Nice clean room. Fairly quiet. Everything I needed.

This is a good budget option if you just need a place for the night. The building does not look very appealing but the room was ok inside. Shower tap was very low and unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable. Some noise from the busy road nearby. No breakfast included. On the plus side there is a refrigerator and microwave which were handy. I would prefer a newer hotel with better beds if returning to this town.
