Budget Inn and Suites Siloam Springs

This motel has been recently updated. Clean. Shower is very short/low. Have to lean over. Traffic on a Friday night was loud at times.

the room was clean & bed was comfortable the staff was pleasant location & price were right

for an inexpensive place to stay its pretty good, bed was great, room was very clean and everything worked. the manager is friendly and personable. We will definitely go back here when we go to the casino. It is approx. 2 miles from the casino so an easy shot even though they dont have a tram. We were just as comfortable here if not more than super 8. A+++++++++++

This place had a horrible smell and pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. Taking a shower, you better be a midget! My husband is 5'11" and had to get on his knees to shower. There was not a Continental breakfast and there is not a coffee pot in the room like the description of the place said there was.

Had some issues with our air conditioner at home, so decided to find a hotel at 3 am in the morning for me and my family until the air conditioner get repaired in the morning, so we decided to stop at this motel. We got a nice room, two beds, very clean and comfortable, cable TV, refrigerator for a very low price. The ladies in there are very nice and polite.

Quite refreshing to find budget hotel owners who are investing back into their hotels as well as owners who are pleasant. Centrally located in Siloam Springs I felt very secure, my was room was cleaned daily with obvious respect towards the contents of my room. The room was very clean, the bed was new and comfortable. The TV was a big flat screen. Parking can be a little tight but it's well lighted.

Recently updated, new carpet, new paint, really nice, reasonably priced, the staff/owner is very nice. Beds are clean and comfortable, Close to a lot of eating places and Walmart is right across the street in case you forgot something at home.

I'm very picky when it comes to hotelS. When my boyfriend said we were staying here I kinda just brushed it off. But when I walked in it was great. It's clean it's got a nice bed it's comfy and feels "at home" it is also very updated. 2nd best hotel I've been to hands down!

The price was great and since I didn't expect to spend much time in my room, I decided to take a flyer. The room itself is fine. Mini fridge and microwave are nice additions along with a desk. However the problem is the smell. When you walk in it smells very musty with a distinct smell of smoke. Every once in awhile you get a stronger smoke smell. I'm not sure where its coming from but for a non smoker, it is very annoying. If you are a smoker, this might be perfect for you. I thought it was coming from outside (there is a large crack under the door) but after putting a towel in the space, it didn't get any better. I would not recommend this place unless you smoke. (although it is supposed to be smoke free!)
