Lovely building and grounds. Great breakfast. Dog friendly. Free parking.

Tiny room on the top floor. No curtains. I had my dog with me-charge £15- why put my up two flights of stairs? Bedroom is too small.

"One night stay @ HH Hotel"

The bed was very comfortable and the shower had two attachments and was powerful and spacious.

The blinds and TV had quite a lot of dust on them. The staff at breakfast forgot our coffee and the table wasn't restocked with milk, butter and preserves after the previous customer. The staff were very apologetic and helpful when reminded though.

The breakfast was excellent. Freshly prepared and served in either small or large portions as requested. The room was as described and spotless.

We were on the 2nd floor and there was no lift.
