One of the best hotel experiences we have had. Staff was very friendly, views were amazing and rooms were more than satisfactory. Would definitely stay here again.

Good restaurant but the wine list has to be done by someone who knows about wine and price. Good wine and middle wine way too much expensive. Bad selection also....but personal very nice....they would sell more good wine if they would make it affordable. Some of the wine were 5x the price in store!!!!!! Just saying....

The best hotel experience ever This hotel surpasses all other hotels we have ever stayed in. The facility is beautiful, staff could not be more friendly. We would come back to Peru just for this hotel.

The hotel and staff are all great...the tour guide (Alvaro) was also great and knowledgeable. The breakfast, food and drinks are excellent.

I have stayed at hundreds of high end properties around the world. This one is among the top ten. The setting and grounds provide a beautiful welcome and envelope to this experience. The design of the public areas and the guest rooms and the use of various woods are so perfectly matched to the setting, and the textures, colors and lighting of walls, floors and overhead are such a pleasure to examine. The objects and decorations throughout captured my attention for quite some time, as I took dozens of photos of the hotel entrance, the public areas and the guest room. The restaurant offerings were extensive for the types of meals scheduled, and were very tasty, adequate in quantity, of high quality, and graciously served. Staff in all areas we visited are friendly, helpful, knowledgable, and effective. They are so important to the hotel's image and success. We thank you for a wonderful experience! As mentioned below, the check-in and check-out processes need to redesigned. They are very cumbersome and slow compared to hotels in Cusco and Lima. A check-in form for each person in one room makes no sense to me. My credit card was run during check-in, but then was done again during check-out as if the first time meant nothing. This wastes guests' time when they are trying to move on with their trips. Very annoying.

We absolutely LOVED this hotel. The decor and atmosphere are absolutely wonderful. The comfort of the rooms is great and so is the service. The staff are helpful and lovely - Service with endless smiles and ease!

Peru offers such amazing adventures and to be able to go out and push yourself to the extreme knowing you have a luxurious place to return makes it the perfect balance. From the aesthetic appeal to the superior staff this resort will meet the highest of standards - we couldn't recommend it more

Beautiful hotel with excellent staff. Wonderful breakfast to start the day and conveniently located to train to Machu Picchu.

What an incredible end to our Peru vacation. The service was amazing. Ronal, the server in the hawa restaurant, reffered to us by name and offered service fit for a king and queen. The ambience of the hotel was one of grander. Best experience ever!
