The location is very good, close to the beach and to the main strip in the new town.

Sun loungers were difficult to get as people reserved loungers by placing towels on them for hours before showing up to use them. Staff should police this and towels should be removed after 30minutes if loungers aren't being used.

Good location, lovely staff and guests were all sound.

Pool was a bit cold,but didn't stop to the children from loving it

The pool is excellent.the pool bar very good We have stayed there many times and the same staff are working which says a lot for the property.also the sun loungers have been upgraded

Sun loungers are being reserved with towels overnight and in some cases for days and then not used There needs to be a system in place where by loungers are allocated at a certain time in the morning perhaps not before 9 am each morning and.this monitored

Very clean and comfortable accommodation Close to the centre of the strip Regular visits from friendly helpful cleaners The pool bar is excellent for food and drinks with very friendly, helpful staff. Lifeguard at the pool all day, also friendly and efficient. We have stayed here many times and always meet people who say they return every year to stay there
