- La posizione molto buona a Puerto del Carmen, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla passeggiata a mare. - Parcheggi liberi subito fuori dalla struttura e vari servizi (bar, alimentarti etc.) a disposizione. - L'appartamento molto ampio e accogliente, con balcone affacciato sulla piscina.

- Accessori ridotti all'osso (mancavano shampoo e docciaschiuma, ci è stato chiesto un pagamento per il solo noleggio del phon, e una caparra per il telecomando). - Linea wi-fi non particolarmente buona, con frequenti interruzioni. - Avevamo richiesto un letto matrimoniale, ma la camera aveva solo due letti singoli staccati (non comodissimi).
