Location, the facilities and the comfort of our room were amazing. Truly 5 star Dinner was great with a la carte menu and breakfast fantastic.

The staff (or absence of it), not well serviced particularly the spa area where we had few issues. They made it up offering us 1 of the 2 treatments we had but yet it wasn’t a very relaxing experience. Shame!

This was one of the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The 13th century property was renovated with exquisite taste to modern standard. The restaurant, pool, and service were 5-star. The property is like a mini museum with incredible art all around the property. My only regret is to have stayed there only one night. We’ll be back for sure!

Absolutely fantastic hotel 👌

The good: the spa (which I wasn't planning to use) was the most beautiful one I've ever seen. The indoor/outdoor pool is gorgeous with plenty of comfy lounging areas. The spa areas and rooms are unique and full of art. My partner and I did end up doing a couple's wine scrub/massge treatment which was...unusual but good. We walked through the sauna area but it had very limited hours and we never managed to use it. The room was spacious and quiet with nice bedding. Bed was a little on the firm side. The hotel itself was a lovely blend of a very old building layered with whimsical and interesting art and decor. It worked amazingly well. Hotel staff were all kind and responsive to questions. The restaurant's appearance, both inside and out, is stunning. Outdoors is set in a beautiful garden with gorgeous views. Service was leisurely but pretty good. The wine list was solid. The not so good: unfortunately, the food was very unpredictable. Presentation was usually lovely, but it didn't always taste that good. I would still stay here again based on the gorgeousness of the hotel and its location. It was overall a very romantic stay.

Fantastic location, hotel was beautiful with great facilities and an amazing view of the mountains. Food was exceptional too.
