Romantik Hotel Turm

The spa : the warm swimming pool and the spa were great. We enjoyed it very much. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant. We enjoyed and food and service there.

We stayed in the double room with a bathtub. There was a shower but no provision for water drainage for water splashing on the floor. There was not enough table top surfaces in the room.

This is probbly the best hotel we have ever stayed in and we travel a lot.

Nothing to not like!

The spa facilities are incredible, the communal areas are great (living room, terraces, dining room..). Shoutout to Manuela serving drinks and dinner in the evening. She remembered our favourite drinks and food orders from previous days, was helpful, kind and professional at all times. The kind gesture of offering a gift at checkout. The location. Pet friendly. Parking. Great wines and drinks selections. Very good food.

The bedrooms outside the main building are okay but not luxurious and we expected the chalet style, not beige everywhere. Not sure who had the genius idea that toilets separated by transparent glass was a good idea or romantic for that matter but it's really not! Some staff seemed inexperienced and need more training to be up to the standards of a 5 star hotel (making you feel welcome, know which set menu you're serving, not look annoyed and even be a bit aggressive after you put together 2 tables together because you want to join your friends...). It would be great to have someone in the parking helping you unload your luggages on the trolley, or bringing them to your car when you leave instead of letting you fence for yourself.

Amazing in every way! My favorite place in Italy! This is more than just a beautiful hotel. The Romantik Hotel Turm is an experience for the soul and all your senses! The views are stunning from every terrace, room and even the sauna. The food is excellent quality, memorable and delicious. We are still thinking about the strudel bar after dinner on Saturday night! The spa is unlike any other I have experienced...the salt grotto, pine sauna, foot bath and sauna (complete with a with a sauna show) were all deeply relaxing and so much fun. The rooms are all unique, simple and lovely in true Tyrolean style. Housed in a 13th century castle, there is beautiful stone and wood everywhere and it smells wonderful in every space. In addition to all that wonderfulness the Turm is an art gallery. The hallways are filled with one of a kind artistic masterpieces...drawings, paintings, sculptures including two Picassos. I LOVE this place. I cannot imagine a more magical spot in this beautiful part of the world.

This is a gorgeous hotel surrounding by magnificent views. The facility and amenities were outstanding. Our room was large and lovely, and extremely quiet and comfortable. We were with a group, and enjoyed a wonderful multi-course dinner that rivals any gourmet restaurant we’ve experienced. Highly recommended.
