Grand Hotel de la Reine Place Stanislas

Had an excellent experience. Great views and nice room. Front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful.

Superbly situated on main square but a somewhat tired hotel. Plumbing had bad water leak. Bed old an saggy. Breakfast disappointing.

this was our first trip to france. The stay at youf hotel wasvery special. We will defentialrecomend this hotel to any one we meet. A very good experience.

Enjoyed the whole stay except for the stench, probably from the sewers; closed the faucets and all was fine after that. Breakfast was fine except for the price. I advise you to include it in the hotel fair. Took cafe at the Place Stan with friends, souvenir of when I lived in Nancy.

Beautiful building and location. Room, staff etc were all very pleasant. Only let down for me was the poor hot breakfast quality and choice. Plenty of choice and good quality if you prefer a continental braekfast.

Stopped in on our way back to UK from Switzerland. The Hotel location is superb overlooking Stanislas Square. Needs money spending on the interior, looking very tired. Didn't eat in the restaurant as the choice was limited and expensive compared to other Restaurants in the area, of which there are many. No car parking except for the public car park which was about 200 yards away. Reception lady, Marilyn was most helpful and smiley which makes such a difference.

Great location on the main square in Nancy. Polite staff. Dated décor, but clean and in good repair. Very clean bathroom. Typical of old hotels in Europe -- few outlets and overheated temperatures, but unlike the US, you can always open a window! Did not try the breakfast service, but it was available.

Very grand hotel fitting in with the surroundings of the square. Ideal position for sightseeing and eating. Whole area lit up at night. Breakfast was adequate but probably not up to expectations given the grand look of the building.

A very comfortable and relaxed hotel in an unbeatable location

Hotel was in a great position but can be summed up as faded glory. Needs a lot of money spent to bring it up to very good standard. The hotel on the square needs to be something special. This needs to be really updated.
