Nice room at a decent price. Close to Albany and Glenfield.

One thing I will point out is that the upper cabinets and range hood over the kitchenette in my room (309) is far too high and is dangerous for head injuries on the door edges. Having been a cabinetmaker for a few decades, I can assure you they should be lowered at least 150 mm, or 6 inches. Hot food out of the microwave could easily spill its contents in your face or down your shirt causing burns. Would take less than an hour to sort it.
