Albany Rosedale Motel

The location was awesome to where we were going.

The queen bed was really soft so my husband slept in the double and I slept in the single. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner.

the room was comfortable had everything I needed. it was clean and serviced daily. The staff were friendly. i managed to get a parking in the basement each time, however, can get full.

the bed was too soft, very little support. i asked if they had firmer bed/mattress and they said no. My room was right by the pool, so it got a bit noisy at times. there was also a guest who opened the fire escape door, smoked and let that fill the passage, so smelled for the rest of the evening. no alarm on the fire door that when it was opened for no reason that it sounded.

The Korean restaurant next door. The spa bath.

No wifi. Nothing in the room. Ie TV information. No information on the area. Nothing to make you feel welcome. Rubbish bin in kitchen not emptied. No one in reception when you left. Parking space was so tight.

A couple more coat hangers in the ward robe would be good. Some herbal teas as only standard tea n coffee.

The sheets weren’t cleaned, I pulled back the bedding and there was food in it my baby could have chocked on it in the night if he put it in his mouth. Also my toddler pulled men’s underwear out from under the bed. Was not clean at all they were not friendly either.

No breakfast offered. Elevators no available after 2130 on a Saturday night. Had to use room key to access motel garage after 2130. We were on level 3, my husband used crutches and the climb to room was difficult.
