The location.

Air-con was not working at all. It’s on a noisy street so we weren’t able to open the windows to let the fresh air in. Staff tried to be helpful and gave us a fan, but the fan was also very noisy so we couldn’t sleep while it’s operating. If that wasn’t the worst part, the staff gave out the wrong key to another tenant at late night, so a complete stranger opened our door while we slept and absolutely frightened us. We got up to check and found the door chain was non existent so we had to put a chair under the door handle to feel safe. In the morning we found an apology message sent to my phone at late night regarding giving out the wrong key from the staff but we already had a rough night. We wanted a night of rest but didn’t get that at all.
