The location was fantastic. The area was fairly quiet.

The only criticism is the bath. When stepping in to the bath it is very slippery. A non slip bath mat would help a lot.

The location was great and comfortable enough for my needs.

The unit was quite dirty and dusty and the balcony only had chairs without a table. Coffee was only decaffeinated. For the shower, a non-slip mat in the bathtub would be a good idea as it’s a shower over bath. The price was reasonable but it needs a thorough clean and some updated furniture.
