The area is quiet, though at night there was a construction just near by and noise as they were doing some work on it.

No tea option in the room, just coffee sachets and the kettle. A bottle of water would be nice too. Shower cabin had a strand of hair in a corner. And the pillows could be changed as they are quite old and lost their shape and fluffiness.
