The Residences at Crystal Towers

Stay and staff was great,

However i booked 1 open plan apartment and was informed I was upgraded to a two bedroom. I have stayed in this two bedroom before and its not an upgrade as the soiled and stained carpets need to be actioned. There were also no fresh towels available so hard bath mats were placed in the apartment for guests to use as bath towels.

Central and convenient

Sliding door to the balcony was broken so one couldn’t lock it which meant a sleepless night.

Near Canal walk

Toilet in main bedroom was not flashing and had excreta for three days. The reception told and reminded several times but no feedback or explanation. I was transferred me to Island hotel apartments though I did not choose or book for it. I paid for residence at Crystal Towers with the rates of the Residence but my apartment was given to someone else on the day of my arrival! The apartment I was pushed into was old, with sewage blocks. The price was not adjusted. I didn’t want 3 bedrooms (I was alone!)

I have stayed here before . Now , it has decayed so badly . I will not come here again . No upkeep , no pride in cleaning I cannot believe it has deteriorated so badly I will not come back
