"Not what one would expect"

The receptionist was quite friendly and made us feel quite welcome.

The residences are not looked after as one would expect from Crystal Towers. We had to ask for towels as it seemed that they expected only 1 person. The receptionist brought the extra blanket we needed but no luck with the towel. The fob provided was useless and both in as well as out if the garage was a call to reception... It seemed like it was a coding problem... Fortunately I saw someone else having an issue as we got there so I expected it to be a problem.

Staff. Not getting access tag to parking and being trapped in parking having to wait for tag. Bad service. Staff treating you as inferior.

Felt dirty. Toilet door in main bedroom was broken. I could not use toilet. Funny smell in apartment. TV had no signal. Could not use TV
