The one shower was flooding the bathroom floor. Maintenance did 'repair' it but was still leaking water onto floor.

There were holes in the bedding. Carpets had stains and damaged areas on the carpets. When we arrived the door was not shut, was open. From previous experience staying at the Crystal Towers we were incorrectly booked into other persons room, while they were inside. The controls of the TV also had to back cover, batteries kept falling out.
