Extremely amateur staff. You can never find someone who takes responsibility. This is my second time I had to stay here which is again disappointing experience! When I stayed here first time, the check in was late. And now in my second check in today, I went to check in after 2 and the room was not ready again. They told me that “I can go to room but there are no towels and linens are not ready” !! How on earth can I check in if I cant take shower and use my bed????? I said ok and called at 3pm. Noone was answering. A lady answered the call from reservations and ahead was also extremely cheeky. I raised my voice because of the whole frustration and she said that “She is not the right person and I can not raise my voice to her 🤦‍♂️” She told me that “She will make a note and they will call back to me” Look at this, I pay to check in to place 2pm and they decide when I can go to my room to rest… A complete fail with management although the location etc is very nice.. I will never stay here again.
