Dalmatian Apartments

The apartment was on a quiet street but walking distance to many sites. It was nicely furnished and very comfortable, with two televisions, free WiFi, a washer, and a full kitchen. Upon our arrival, the gentleman who checked us in spent a great deal of additional time telling us about good restaurants and fun things to do, which was much appreciated. We would absolutely stay there again.

The apartment was very clean, quiet, better than pictured, and centrally located. Ivica was very helpful and assisted us in getting our barings in the neighborhood. It was close to good restaurants, supermarkets and old town. Overall it was the best place we stayed at in Croatia and mabye all of Europe.

3rd floor studio apartment and no lift was main problem. Masses of young people sitting on the stairs was another and some reorganisation needed in the very small bathroom to make the sink really useable. Otherwise clean , functional and in the heart of the city.

We were really taken care of by Ivica from the start..picked up at the harbour and given some historical information and shown where to go. The apartments had cooking facilities.Close to the beaches, nightlife, palace, harbour and buses

We loved this apartment. The managers of the location contacted us the day before to find out details of our trip and offer any help they could (I wish I had seen the email before getting there, it would have been helpful info, but that was my fault). The location is amazing. So close to Diocletian Palace, we were able to come and go from the apartment while sightseeing in Diocletian palace/split center all day. But the street is quiet at night. Very clean. This is a great location and great deal for the price, I would highly recommend. Parking is tricky, but that is to be expected in the location.

this was portrayed as a four star hotel and it was a hole in the wall in the middle of a slum!

The apartments are well placed to visit the Palace and surrounding sites. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the rooms were good - clean, comfortable and pleasant. There was some noise from the road at night, but otherwise perfectly located. Highly recommended.

There was noone around when we arrived at 7:30pm and we had to wait half an hour before anyone turned up to show us the the apartment (which is 5 minutes walk from the office, so leave your bags in the car until you have the apartment keys). However, the Viola was a very nice apartment, 5 minutes walk from historic city centre. There's very limited free parking nearby but there's always the pay by the hour car park a few minutes walk away with plenty of spaces if needed. Overall, recommended.

I was surprised to stay at a very spacious apartment. The building location is not inside the old city, but still acceptable. Staff provided very information advice, very helpful.

Great location, but the rooms are at the top floor, make sure you are okay bringing your luggage up the stairs and street. Parking is not available too close to the apartment. It is VERY close to the palace and is just down the street. The room itself was clean and comfortable.
