Le motel est situé dans un lieu calme mais proche des points d’intérêt de Rotorua. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Possibilité de faire des lessives. Accueil chaleureux.

Les chambres mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement.

We were in the double deluxe room. It was spacious for the 2 of us. There were 2 desks and enough chairs. There were also 2 recliners. The kitchenette has all the necessary utensils, crockery, cutlery for our use. We had the room next to the swimming pool. It was quiet. There was also a self serve laundry on site.

Super friendly staff! Nice walking distance to downtown.

Bed was passed it's use by date - needs replacing. Shower was not constant, ran hot and cold.not good pressure Overall, room and bathroom was tired and needed refurbishment. Didn't think it was value for money

Room was clean and quiet, management were friendly and helpful. Was great to have a private spa connected to the room, and the geothermal water heating worked really well, keeping the spa warm and topped up with clean water. The beds were comfortable, the room had comfy recliners in it. The pool area was really cool, although they were doing some work on that area the management made sure to let us know that it was happening as soon as they were able.

If I had to make a complaint, it would just be that the spa was a bit older - it worked just fine, but there was paint peeling in a few places. The pool was having some work done when we were there too, nothing major and we could still use it with no problems.
