Room was clean and quiet, management were friendly and helpful. Was great to have a private spa connected to the room, and the geothermal water heating worked really well, keeping the spa warm and topped up with clean water. The beds were comfortable, the room had comfy recliners in it. The pool area was really cool, although they were doing some work on that area the management made sure to let us know that it was happening as soon as they were able.

If I had to make a complaint, it would just be that the spa was a bit older - it worked just fine, but there was paint peeling in a few places. The pool was having some work done when we were there too, nothing major and we could still use it with no problems.

Nice room, cool pool, great staff. We had a problem with the hot pool in the room, it got fixed so that's definitely a good point.

If you are sensible to odor (like me) it might not be good for you as it has the strong smell of sulfur. Not a real bad point but still important to mention as it can be inconvenient at night.

Overall experience was very good. Check in took hardly 2min. Quite place near to the amenities. Service staff was very attentive and room also very good. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend also.

I would just like to share a small suggestion regarding the kids’ area. It would be great if the kid’s play area could be kept a little cleaner and if possible, making it slightly bigger would make it even better for families with children.
