It’s a lovely hotel

Check in was at 3pm we got there at 3:15 and the room wasn’t ready had to wait till 3:45pm to get in. Went for breakfast in the morning they forgot my breakfast so my husband had ate all his by the time mines has came only after me asking where it was bit disappointing for a £53 breakfast no apologies or anything. Spa is lovely but could definitely do with a freshening up we paid just under £300 for one night stay wouldn’t say it’s worth that

- beautifully designed hotel - professional and friendly staff - valet service is a plus - the room was spacious - comfortable beds - good bathroom - nice lobby - the fridge was incredible - room service was ok

- the dine in menu is very minimal and with no variety - I know housekeeping have a job to do but unfortunately the doors next to us keep slamming from afternoon to before evening - ordered food in my room the quality could’ve been better
