Lovely hotel with gracious staff from the moment we checked in. David at the front was very welcoming. Ian from housekeeping was also phenomenal - our toddler had a mishap on the train and we needed some of our clothes cleaned before our next leg of the trip and he returned us our clean clothes only an hour or so after we sent them off to be washed. He was lovely to speak to and so warm and kind. Having a great stay so far and it’s only the first night! xx

Classy hotel. Bell boys /gals carried luggage from 34 passenger bus up the stairs to lobby. FREE mini bar soda & chips . Coffee maker/kettle in room. Wonderful breakfast to order from menu plus continental buffet breakfast included. Suppers included in package. Had a choice of 2 meal plans. Some guests said no consistency between 2 nights for same menu. But service was incredible. Small incident. I left a 2/3,bottle of wine in the mini fridge plus a miniature of Scotch when I left for the day. . When I got back to a fully made up room, my wine and scotch was gone. Went to front desk reception and they offered to send a bottle of wine and miniature of Scotch. Meanwhile , Ian, head house keeper, came. He was confused at first because he thought mini bar was missing items. After explaining, Ian was more than accommodating to replace wine and miniature Scotch. Definitely would recommend this first class hotel.

Another brilliant stay at Blythswood Square hotel. We went for the weekend to relax and enjoy ourselves and it didn’t disappoint! The bed was super comfy so we slept great! The treatments at the spa were wonderfully and we felt really relaxed after multiple visits to the spa. Dinner in the restaurant was amazing!!! Highly recommend! As always the main take away from the hotel was the service. From the moment you arrive the concierge makes you feel welcome and relaxed. Love this hotel!
