The staff were amazing, great view from the reception room, a little hangout place and the staff were really accommodating to my questions and needs. Met very interesting people you wouldn’t expect but won’t regret it, as travellers come in and out.

Valued cheaper than most accommodations in Auckland. Excellwnt location.

Check in was smooth in a 10 bed female dormitory. Staff was friendly. The room was simple and as expected, roommates were noisy and inconsiderate. Their footsteps can be heard when walking inside the room as the floor was wooden and not carpeted,making sleeping almost next to impossible. There were noisy people outaide the building on weekends. Facilities are outdated and unclean. I think this is what I get when I can only pay less than 20$ per night.
