The checkout experience on 15/06/26 was not up to our expectations. We noted an instance where a staff member was present in a dimly lit area, engaged in eating, while we, along with three other guests, waited outside the door at 9:30 AM. This situation highlighted a possible lack of attentiveness to guest needs. Furthermore, we observed that the showers were unclean and exhibited signs of mould, which raises concerns about sanitation. Additionally, there were issues with blocked and locked shower and toilet facilities, and the absence of lids or seats on the toilets that were broken. These matters require attention to ensure a more satisfactory experience for future guests.

De dormir dans une petite chambre sans fenêtre, des murs en mauvais état, d'énormes tuyaux (de la clim ?? ) au plafond avec bruit. La salle de bain vétuste deux WC dont un inutilisable pour le 3ème étage.

The rooms are very basic and the bathrooms especially the males were not clean with most of the toilet seats broken off.

Rude and strict staffs who argued with me forbidding me to use kitchen at 9:30 pm, saying that kitchen closes at 9pm and it's a rule. I explained my situation that I got there by 8 pm but got late after finding groceries Store which I couldn't easily get due to complicated traffic in the area, but they argued with me for 20 min saying I can't use their small kitchen. Also before check out, I asked if 10am is strict (because I was finishing on food that I cooked for breakfast and I couldn't completely eat up) and staff said "No" when I asked even 5 min
