Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage, ist ist sehr ansprechens ausgestattet, die Zimmer sind groß und modern. Das Frühstück war top, viel Auswahl und alles frisch.

Die Kommunikation an der Rezeption war anfangs etwas holprig, aber nach einem persönlichen Gespräch mit der Leitung wurden die Missverständnisse gekärt.

"Mooie locatie, ruime kamer, helaas weinig hartelijks bij aankomst en vertrek."

De ruime kamer en alles voor de hond stond klaar. De locatie naast het kasteel was ook gaaf! En bij het eten werd er goed rekening gehouden met lactosevrij eten.

Het personeel en de sfeer beneden was wat down, gewoon hartelijk welkom heten zat er niet bij in helaas. Dat maakt echt de hele ervaring van een 10 naar een 8 of misschien wel een 7. Kom personeel van hotels, en het management, zet je hiervoor in!
