Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück hätte auch angebotsreicher sein dürfen.

Die Preise im Restaurant waren für uns viel zu hoch. Es gab kein Hauptgericht unter 30 Euro. Und so überragend waren die angebotenen Speisen auch nicht. Die Bar besteht aus Sitgelegenheiten im Flur...

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Schlosshotel Blankenburg. Alles sauber, alles vorhanden und sehr gutes Frühstück. Auch die Sauna haben wir ausgiebig genutzt.

"Schöner Aufenthalt"

Perfekte Lage, schönes Zimmer, super Frühstücksbuffet, Wellness Bereich top

Die Einrichtung des Zimmers könnte verbessert werden (entsprechend Status eines Superior Hotels): kein Flaschenöffner für die Getränke der Minibar, kein Wasserkocher / Kaffeemaschine. Am ersten Tag bekamen wir keine Bademäntel und konnten daher den Wellness Bereich nicht nutzen. Beim Frühstück wäre es toll auch frische Eierspeisen bestellen zu können anstelle des Fertigrühreis in den Warmhaltebehältern.

"eines der Besten Hotels das wir je besucht haben"

Das Hotel war sehr gut ,haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt tolles Frühstück alle was man sich wünscht, um den Tag gut zu beginnen Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hotel sehr nah zum Zentrum gelegen großes Zimmer sehr schönes, Bad einfach "nichts" zu Meckern kommen bestimmt wieder!!!

"Eine Reise wert"

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, die Lage wirklich sehr gut. Sehr gute Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus.

Da wir das Zimmer direkt rechts am Eingang hatten, welches für uns Hundebesitzer super war, zog leider der Zigarettenrauch direkt in unser Zimmer, wenn vor der Tür geraucht wurde. Des weiteren fanden wir die Tische für uns, wenn wir den Hund zum Essen mitnehmen wollten, leider nicht so schön. Da wäre es vielleicht schön, den hinteren Bereich im Restaurant, zur Verfügung zu stellen. Dann fühlt man sich nicht so ausgegrenzt.
