Personal sehr freundlich.

Beim Frühstück könnte das Personal aufmerksamer sein. An zwei von 4 Tagen wurde das Buffet nicht aufgefüllt. Im Wellnessbereich könnte leise Entspannungsmusik laufen.

Vom Empfang bis zum auschecken klappte alles hervorragend. Sehr gutes Frühstück, nette Mitarbeiter und alle waren hilfsbereit und aufmerksam.

Ruhige Lage. Sehr schönes Ambiente. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Im Restaurant war es sehr schön. Zuvorkommende Bedienung. Sehr schmackhaftes Essen.

Der Nachtportier war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Es hat oft etwas steril gewirkt durch die hohen Decken und ich hatte das Gefühl, dass es zu viel ungenutzten Platz gab. Der Spa-Bereich hat auch etwas lieblos gewirkt, es gibt zwei Saunen, jedoch kein Dampfbad

"Advent im Harz"

Unser Zimmer war groß und gut schallisoliert. Das Frühstück bestand zum Teil aus Produkten der Region die sehr gut schmeckten.Ansonsten war Alles so wie man es von einem guten 4 Sterne Haus erwarten kann.

An diesem Abend war der Service an der Bar unzureichend. Der Mitarbeiter musste über die Rezeption gerufen werden weil er unter Anderem mit weiteren Aufgaben betreut war.
