Off milk for breakfast mold on bread not a great breakfast staff in kitchen seems to be not bothered

We checked in on friday aug 1, the front desk staff member was not polite at all. The bed was nice but th room itself was in need of upgrade and repair. My husband and I are employees of other hotels , we were very dissappointed. The breakfast was aweful, overcooked and not edible. Housekeeping came to pur room to see if we needed anything , I asked for a facecloth, she said she didnt have any. Its not a place we would stay again.

We first checked in (2 adults & 2 teens) they gave us a king room. I asked to change and they accommodated. We had very noisy neighbours one night and the front desk didn’t answer the phone so my husband had to walk to the lobby to report them at 1 am. The breakfast was just ok. The pool didn’t have towels so you had to use the already used shower towels from your room. The floor of the changerooms by the pool were not clean.

The beds in our room were very comfortable, The room was dated but very clean, which is a priority for me. I would stay here again.

The beddings is dirty with stained/hair from previous costumer.

Internet was spotty, room had a lot of flaws, noisy and parties going on, lots of mess around the property

I would call this place “threadbare”. There was water leaking from under the bathroom sink. The couch was worn with a hole in it. The outside hallways to the rooms was dirty. The rooms are very dated. The term “Ramada” usually denotes a high degree of cleanliness, updated rooms and a certain degree of amenities. I would say don’t stay at this place
