Ramada by Wyndham Medicine Hat

Shower was nice. Check in staff rude and treated me rudely. Ali was a person in my opinion who doesn’t respect women. As soon as my male cousin came in attitude changed. Room ok hallways dirty mold in bathroom. Would not recommend this property

Didn’t feel overly safe with the access to room from outside. There were sketchy people with their doors open and standing on the walkway staring at us while walking to our room. The continental breakfast food was below par. I couldn’t stomach

The clerk was very friendly and we were able to check in early! The room was more than we expected! Big, clean and more ammenities than we needed. Only issue was there wasn't an ironing board. The breakfast was fantastic! Will recommend and will stay there again,

They charged me damages when the room was left in good condition.

It was very nice and peaceful. I got worried after booking the room because I seen a lot of negative reviews but rooms do look like the pictures.

When i first checked in i received a room that looked out of the 60s and was run down with a big sticky gum stain in the carpet and an unpleasant smell. I did get a different room which was newly renovated after i complained to the front desk. The newly renovated room had a plugged and disgusting bathtub drain that obviously was not cleaned properly. I could not even take a shower because water would pool in the tub and drain very slowly. The staff was all friendly and accommodating but the hotel needs some serious care and whoever cleans the rooms does a horrible job.

The check-in was very smooth. The gentleman at the front was very kind, helpful and friendly. The woman in the morning made extra eggs when they ran out and made sure that she cleaned after I had finished my breakfast right at 9 am.

Room was somewhat dirty, carpet has a sticky spot, had to wear my sandals the entire time as carpet needs a good scrubbing. Bathroom tub was dirty around the edge and the drain hole. Bed was fine but not to the Quality I would expect for a Ramada. Pool and hot tub was nice. I didn’t take pictures of the room as it wasn’t anything special and very dated to be honest.
