Room was dirty when arrived. Previos soap pieces from previous renter. Soap dish slimmy and dirty.Lock did not lock. Described amenities were not there. Rooms slammed super hard.

Well, let me start by saying that my check in was pretty smooth, thanks to this front desk person named David! He made it pretty welcoming! Being attentive to whatever issue i might have at room comfort Ness!! Thumbs up to huim, and also to the breakfast cook Esmeralda; amd finally thumbs up also to the front desk person at my checkout named Ashley!!
