Rooms were not up to par. In comparison to the pictures on file it was totally different in the room. There was rust in the tub on the lamps. There was very little light. The box of the bed was smaller so the mattresses didn’t fit properly each end was bigger and you couldn’t lay in bed we had to bring an air mattress. Not the experience we were expecting for the price we paid. The only thing that was awesome was the air conditioner and the breakfast. The staff was also very friendly.

Muy buena opción, cerca de lugares para realizar compras y a muy buen precio. El único detelle fue que el primer día de estancia no funcionó la TV pero al segundo día la reporte e inmediatamente la repararon

I usually don’t leave a review, but the stay was so bad it was impossible not to. The hallways are dark and the doors look like they’ve been punched. My room had no lamps. The phone wasn’t plugged in to anything. There was no plug nearby. The tv did not work. The latch on my door would not close. The AC was so loud it was truly impossible to fall asleep. The bed was noisy. Every time I moved it would squeak loudly. It felt unsafe and scary. I had to make a 10 hour drive the next morning with no sleep. I regret staying here.

This property was not make for a disabled person, second no mini refrigerator or microwave in room. Plus we got the run around where our room was at then walked into our room no toilet papers and or towels they went and told them he man make it seem like we took the stuff. Very rude employees
