Overton Motel Livingston

We've stayed here several times, even suggested family stay here. It's an older motel but is maintained well enough. The only bothersome thing was 2 queen beds in a small room with a tiny bathroom! Other than that, it's decent for the area .. we'll stay there again!

It’s too far off of I40. Very out dated and way over priced for the location and comfort level. Was unable to sleep on poor mattress. There was hair in the shower and dirty sheets on the bed.

It was clean and roomy. Will stay again.

You definitely get what you pay for! Our room was very dated/old. They tried to update with laminate flooring, but the old tiling in the bathroom was yellowed, chipped and broken even the drain for the shower was half missing. It served its purpose for one night, but I would not stay again.

All was clean and comfortable. For $65.00 a night including taxes, I thought it was a very good value for the money, pleasantly surprised. I. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

We were in town for the birth of our grandson. We normally stay at Hilton brand hotels. The closest was over an hour away. We heard some good things about this motel and took a chance. This is an old motel that has been taken care of. Clean room and comfortable beds. We were very pleased with our room and stay. FYI- no hair dryer, small shower, no coffee machine, no laundry…but Direct TV and close to shopping and restaurants. Wayne’s Grill behind motel is very good. Stover’s Country Kitchen for a good breakfast. We will be back. Lady at front desk is very nice. Less than half price of the recent stays at Hilton brands.

Easy to find but staff had limited English speaking. Several restaurants within 3-4 miles.
