It's close to town and the pool was very nice.

No tv and was told to just watch TV in the bedroom cause they wouldn't replace the one in living room. We don't watch TV laying down so no TV for 4 days. The staff while friendly boy very helpful. And none of the service employees will even smile or say hi when you say hi to them.

I have a complaint about the sofa. It needs replacping. I have been coming here for years and have always felt comfortable in the units. Unit 204 sofa feels broken down plus it has a slight odor of oily, dirty hair or body. Could be time for a change. Thank you

The balcony was great. If only the people below us would have not been arguing all night

1. Room was dirty. Floors were nasty, palmetto bug on the floor. (I know i know it's Florida it happens) 2. No house keeping. Despite putting the maid service please sign on my door. Apparently you have to call and request it. Had I know I would have. When we ran out of clean towels I found a man pushing a laundry cart. Asked to exchange my dirty towels for clean. He said he would bring them up to our room. After an hour I called and spoke to the front desk(see#3) another 45 mins later I was able to take a shower. 3. Called the front desk to find out why we didn't have maid service in a hotel that cost 350 per night. I was told that the house keeper called out for the past 3 days. And apparently every spare towel was dirty because it took nearly 2 hours to exchange my dirty towels for clean. The man/boy who i spoke to seemed unbothered that I was not able to shower now that I had given all the towels to the man who was supposed to bring up clean ones. 4. Washer in the room didn't work when using the dryer. I enjoyed the porch, view and location. But the rest was pretty disappointing after spending over $1000 for the weekend. (Fri-Mon) hopefully they fix their issues or we will not be back.

I love the the spaciousness of the suite. I love the balconies with the view of the salt marsh. It was great that The porch was screened in. We are both artists and it was nice to be in a scenic location with a great view. The place was very peaceful and quiet in that location at the end of the street. It was nice to watch the boats in the morning, leaving quietly out to their fishing adventures.

I loved the view, I wished there was a way to get to the docks better!! I loved the guy that worked that evening he was so professional and helped tremendously.

When I first came in the guy wasn't so friendly. The bed that I slept in was hard and the pillows was mushy.
