Water Street Hotel & Marina, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Breakfast wasn't included but we knew that ahead. The kitchen had everything we needed! We loved the screened in porch with the water view. It was quiet and scenic!

We ended up in the accessible, which isn't bad. The bed was low, which was also alright...high beds have been equated with luxury, when they are just plan hard to get into! But the mattress in this room needs to be replaced.

The room was relatively clean but VERY OUTDATED. Dish washer was dirty, lack of utensils, no instructions on how to operate TV in main room, concern with cats lingering around the property. Wish we had a different room.

The hotel is in a pleasant area. Beautiful bay views. Within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Very safe. Pleasant staff!

Loved the area, love the room and where it was and just having what we needed. However, ants everywhere, which is something that can be remedied. We will of course go back. It’s perfect for walking and relaxing in the area. Loved it .

Nous sommes restés une nuit mais TOUT était parfait. Le personnel est très sympathique et très bon accueil. La chambre spacieuse avec son salon et sa cuisine. Très propre, lit très confortable et le balcon avec vue sur la rivière est hyper appréciable. La vue sur la rivière avec le coucher du soleil est tout simplement magnifique ! La piscine est très appréciable pour se rafraîchir un peu.

Rien à dire tout etait parfait!

We love the property and enjoy staying there.

Unfortunately this time there was a water problem (I understand that it was not the hotel’s problem it was a city problem)and the smell was very unpleasant. The hotel provided bottled water for drinking, coffee, etc however bathing was not great. Hopefully the next time we are there the problem will be gone. The staff and front desk folks were great and as I said we move the hotel.

The property itself was amazing. However there was a water issue where it was undrinkable and smelled rancid. This was not communicated well to us.

The staff were very friendly, The dishwasher did not work. We had to wait to check in. Short staffed but isn't everyone now.
