Staff was lovely!

The room was dirty and with spider webs on the sealing, also in the morning we heard plenty of noise from the neighbors, should offer some ear plugs

Staff were welcoming.

Cleanliness was terrible, stained and ripped bedding. Stains all over furniture / beds and walls. Bathroom shower was full of mould. Everywhere thick with dust/ dirt.
