Georgina was a lovely host. Very friendly, and made sure we were ok with everything in the room. The room was very spacious, and my boys loved how it was decorated.

Pillows were very thin blanket was thin, couldn’t get the heating on, shower and toilet barely worked walls paper thin. Don’t even think they had a breakfast option

The location is amazing — literally five minutes away from Pleasure Beach park. The staff were lovely, and my room was clean and comfortable. I slept in the standard double room. It comes with a kettle, and an assortment of coffee sachets, sugars, teabags, and milks. The bathroom didn’t have many amenities (i.e. shampoo & body wash), but that wasn’t an issue as I was only staying overnight with family. My sister, and her girls, stayed in the minion themed family bedroom — which was perfect for the kids. They had two giant minion plushies to play with whilst staying there.

No major issues! The only thing I’d really complain about would be the lack of toiletries, but again it wasn’t an issue for me as I was there for the night.
