"Welcoming Budget Stay - Ideal Location"

I thought the host Georgina was a lovely lady, made me feel very welcome. The bed was comfy and clean, I liked the fact the basin was in the main room. Good decent shower. Good location.

The decor is abit dated and old fashioned.

Across the road from Bentleys and close to the pleasure beach. Nice new carpets. Nice room size and proper bathroom with a decent shower.

Was woken up by seagulls at 6am but I am in Blackpool.

"Pleasant stay good for sandcastle & pleasure"

Clean enough, kids v happy. We liked the seperate area for double bed away from the kids and they loved their bunks

Parking not so clever.. be careful parking in the car park next to the hotel, even for 5 minutes I got a ticket. Bit eventually the company the runs it let me off

Georgia was absolutely lovely, very welcoming, and extremely helpful about parking, which we found about a 5 minute walk, we paid £16 for 48 hours on a secure carpark. We will definitely come and stay again xx
