Lovely, friendly welcome. Room spotless. Bed very comfortable. Tea, coffee etc in the room. Free parking. Great shower. Breakfast was awesome. Great selection of cereal, fruit, juices and pastries. The full English was absolutely delicious. Good quality ingredients that tasted wonderful. The girls who were waiting on gave us a great welcome to breakfast. Friendly, polite and professional.

Not struck on shared bathroom but didnt have any problems bumping into anyone in the night. Plug sockets too far from mirror. Its a beautiful old building that's now a b and b so the little issues outweigh the good.

"Good location but feels dated"

Location met our travel goals. + parking (but tight) + size of room + host communication

- room 1 was too close to public sitting area (privacy issue) - carpet in room is questionable but carpet in bathroom is a no-no ( - - ) - bathroom sub-standard, old, dated, power-shower (1990s standard)
