Ubicación, trato del personal, habitación amplia y con balcón. Incluye parking

El parking es complicado, requiere ir con cuidado y de mucha maniobra. El agua caliente dura poco en la ducha y el chorro era pobre. El ruido de las otras habitaciones y el de fuera se oye bastante

"Hotel familiar y céntrico en Puerto de la Cruz"

La ubicación muy céntrica, el personal es muy agradable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. Queremos hacer una mención especial a Oscar, el cocinero, por su increíble disposición, nos programó diferentes itinerarios para cada día y nos recomendó muchos sitios espectaculares a los que acudimos. Millones de gracias Oscar por toda tu atención y amabilidad.

Instalaciones un poco anticuadas, pero cómodas. Además el mantenimiento de algunos de los elementos no es suficientemente correcto (hervidor, secador, luz en la habitación…)
