La ducha se quedó sin agua caliente. Las paredes son muy finas y se oye todo. El desayuno es bastante malo, poca variedad y comida no muy buena

The location was great, very close to the center of Puerto del Carmen, the promenade and the ocean. The big appartments and the kitchen hidden of the cupboard was great. Also it was very clean. Kind and friendly staff. It was very peaceful and quiet.

The breakfast should be more vared.

"Hotel céntrico y buena relación calidad-precio."

Es un hotel céntrico, muy bien situado en la zona. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y la limpieza es bastante buena. La cama es cómoda y el baño muy grande, cómodo y confortable.

Aunque la habitación es amplia, falta algo de comodidad, no hay sofá ni ningún sitio donde sentarse salvo dos sillas de plástico. La iluminación de la habitación es muy escasa y se hecha en falta algo que acoja al huésped, no hay cuadros ni ningún objeto de decoración.
