De ligging ten opzichte van de boulevard en vele restaurants en supermarkt, de eigen (gereserveerde) parkeerplaats

Het was een groot hotel dat nagenoeg leeg was. Hierdoor was er een beetje een treurig sfeertje. Het hotel was een beetje vergane glorie…
