Hoi An Coco River Resort & Spa

The room was spacious, love the hot tub. The pool and atmosphere were nice. Had a good massage in their in-house spa. Amazing experience!

This is a very lovely place. The rooms are spacious, clean and bright. The bathroom and shower modern and well equipped. The rooms are organized around a lovely garden and pool. There is also a restaurant with a river view. It’s a little bit outside of Hoi A town but near one of the central roads so that there is not problem grabbing a ride to the old town. The coconut boat riding is round the corner. Also you could take a bike and ride or walk to nearby rice paddies which are lovely. The breakfast was very good which different choices between western and local cuisine. But the highlight of this resort is the staff. They are so kind and welcoming. There is always somebody to help you and answer your questions. Also on arrival we got a lot of information regarding activities and places to dine or visit in and around the old town. The spa treatments were lovely too. The ladies were kind and capable and we enjoyed them very much.

We were so happy to stay at this hotel. It was so welcoming and relaxing. Away from city crowds and noises. But just a grab away from town shopping. Tours planned at front desk were excellent and inexpensive. The staff were above and beyond. Rooms were so spacious.

Imelda’s review I stayed in Coco River Resort in Hoi-An for three weeks recently. This is a wonderful hotel and I cannot praise it enough. We had a lovely room overlooking the pool. It has all the modern amenities, including a huge bath and shower, coffee and tea making facilities and snacks and mini-bar. The daily room cleaning was meticulous with fresh towels provided; nothing was omitted. Bicycles are available at Reception, who can also help with scooter and car rental. There is a lovely pool and spa onsite. The riverside restaurant is wonderful. We ended up dining here most nights because honestly nothing came close in terms of quality and service elsewhere. The food is excellent, as is the lovely location overlooking the river. The hotel is in a quiet location just ten minutes by Grab taxi from the bustling town of Hoi-An and provides a welcome respite. The staff are exceptional; we were treated like family members. Manager Sunny and her staff all went out of their way to make our stay special. We will never forget their hospitality and kindness. Sunny organised all our tours and provided guides and drivers as needed. She and her staff provided suggestions for local cafes, restaurants and shopping. I will definitely return to Coco River Resort.

My wife and I stayed for several weeks in March 2026 at Coco River Resort and Spa which is located near Hoi-An. We chose the resort because of its 5 star ratings in Trip Advisor and in Booking.com. The reviews all indicated that the hotel represented very good value for money and I fully agree with this. The room and facilities are modern and well maintained. The food is of top quality, both in the breakfast restaurant and in the riverside restaurant. We dined here most evenings as we didn’t find better quality anywhere else. The most impressive feature of this hotel, for us, is the staff. Manager Sunny is exceptional and couldn’t do enough to assist us with any questions we had about the locality. She also organised several great private tours for us. All of the staff are friendly, welcoming and efficient; they couldn’t do enough for us. We loved staying at this hotel and we will definitely stay here if we visit Hoi An next year, as we hope to do.

This resort is very cozy and beautiful, I love the pool - very clean and beautiful. The breakfast is decent - not so big buffet but good options to choose. Highly recommend ☺️

Quiet location on the river and a short, cheap taxi ride to the old city. All the staff were very gracious and helpful. The breakfast buffet was full of variety. We ate twice at the restaurant, great location, food and service. Excellent massage at spa and very reasonable price. Our room was comfortable and well appointed.

A lovely hotel with a great view of the river. The environment is quiet and relaxing but still close enough to the old town. The staff were attentive and made our stay very enjoyable.
