This is the perfect place to stay on holiday. The staff is super sweet and always ready to help. The bedroom very well decorated and with a extremely comfy bed! I love the hotel setting, the beautiful swimming pool and the gardens.

We absolutely loved this villa, near old town with a beautiful view of the pool. The buffet breakfast was also amazing with lovely staff and would definitely recommend staying here.

We chose this hotel because we were looking for a serene, nature-surrounded, and peaceful stay, and it truly met our expectations. The environment was calm and relaxing—perfect for slowing down and enjoying the surroundings. The location is slightly far from the town city centre, but we were fully aware of this before booking and actually chose it for the added quietness and privacy. The hotel provides a shuttle service to town at fixed hours, which was very convenient, and they also offer bicycles for guests who prefer to explore nearby areas on their own. The reception team, especially Ms Thu and two other ladies (my apologies for not catching their names), were warm, patient, and very helpful. They gave us useful safety reminders, such as purchasing attraction tickets only through official counters, attractions, or the hotel, and advised us to keep our valuables secure. These thoughtful details made us feel well taken care of. They also recommended great street food spots frequented by locals, which we really enjoyed. Communication via WhatsApp was prompt and efficient throughout our stay. I also tried a head, shoulder, and back massage at the Rosara Spa within the resort. While the price is higher compared to massage places in town, the experience was private, personal, and relaxing—well worth it for the comfort and convenience. Overall, the service was excellent, and the hospitality made our stay truly pleasant. A great choice for travelers seeking a peaceful retreat with attentive service.
