Great rooms great service

During our Vietnam round trip, we stayed at Coco River for 2 nights. It was a great experience with super friendly staff, a beautifully maintained property and a good breakfast - we especially enjoyed the local dishes. Coco River made our stay in beautiful Hoi An really special and the afternoon at the beautiful pool was super relaxing! Absolute recommendation!

The staff were excellent, and my partner and I experienced some of the best service we have ever had. A special shout-out to Ms Thiu and the reception staff, who were so friendly and welcoming. The hotel spa, breakfast, and restaurant were fantastic, and we were warmly welcomed with food, drinks, and comprehensive information on arrival. We stayed for a week, and there was loads to do in Hoi An — which is beautiful. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again — as an experienced traveller, it was the best hotel I have stayed in so far.

We had a fantastic stay here at Coco River. We loved the room, it was very nicely styled, comfy beds and good hot water and the room was spotless. They were also kind enough to upgrade the room as it was low season. The staff here are fantastic, so friendly and helpful, they gave recommendations for the days and I they even open doors for you. It was also in a peaceful location out of old town.

Given a lovely welcome by staff, reception took the time to recommend local places. The room was very clean, excellent views of the river from balcony. A real sense of warm from the whole staff team. Tremendous value for money.

Friendly staff, helpful. Great facilities, relaxing. Breakfast had a lunch vibe but they had an egg station where they would make eggs to order (not laying them). Spa and pool was very nice, massage was very good! Restaurant was empty but food tasty with a good menu of Vietnamese and western food, decent bar and cocktails. The one thing we figured out for ourselves but perhaps would have been useful sooner is to install the Grab app to get taxis to the surrounding places

They are so sweet and kind and the are so helpful and in joyful they are so nice that food was delicious and so good . The garden is so beautiful and amazing

The hotel is good location because not very near the old town, the town is busy. This hotel just a little far but very easy to take a grab car. The staff help us to provide everything, we also do massage and have beautiful nails

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made us feel very welcome. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing.Everything about our experience was pleasant, and we truly appreciated the great service and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.
