I am happy always with this hotel from last 5 years I am coming in the same hotel twice in year everything is fine just only one I have a question you should upgrade your regular customer from one step to other step and give the benefit to encourage the more stop no doubt each and every star we are satisfied everything I the room boy I the sales reception counter restaurant everything no complain

No complain at all what we are asking they are serving just only one thing they have to be give the record regular customer and upgrade them with the complementary I have only this question

"Wifi issues aside, a good stay"

The food at the restaraunt was very good (especially the lunch/dinner buffet), breakfast was fine. They initially put me in what I think was the worst room in the hotel (stained furniture and bedsheets, peeling wallpaper, no shower door, etc.), but once they moved me to a different room it was 100x better: clean, well maintained, comfortable Very helpful staff-- *especially Jahangir* who really went above and beyond when helping me locate my bus stop and making sure i got to where I needed to after checking out.

The wifi was a big problem. Although it did eventually work on my phone, the wifi was so slow that I could not use my laptop for anything. As someone who was traveling for work, this was not acceptable for my needs. And the hotel only allows one device to use the wifi per guest. I suggest the managers upgrade the wifi service so that there is no limit on devices and so that it isn't so slow for guests... and its clear the managers know this is an issue because you can see people have mentioned the poor quality of wifi in their reviews since 2022 and still nothing has been done. The travel desk rep, although helpful when it came to booking a day trip, was also a little questionable. He was persistent on rounding up my bill (2730 rs.) to 3000, and when I asked what the extra charge is he then said "ok fine then make it 2800." Of course, 70 rs. is not a huge deal at all, but the principle of rounding up from 30 seemed disingenuous. Why not just charge the actual price, or other wise round down since it is below 50? Again, the 70 rupees was not what bothered me, it was just the expectation that the customer should pay more than what is owed that seemed unprofessional and in a poor taste

Room is well maintained and the staff behaviour is also good.

There is no option to choose the TV Channels. There were predefined channel subscription done by the Hotel and no flexibility to choose the guest's favorite channel. Even the hotels with no Stars are providing option to the guests to choose but Royalton didnot have that option. I stayed for 12 days and the channels provided were not at all comfortable for me and hence all the 12 days TV was of no use in the room. Further there is no option to refill the water if the guests are willing to refill. The Hotel is forcing to buy the water for Rs. 75 per Litre which is ridiculous. Dinner buffet was charged at Rs. 900 plus tax but it is not worth for more than Rs. 500.
