For physically challenged persons, extra care should be given with regard to bathroom, such as, providing a stool for comfortable sitting bath on the stool stand etc.,

Nothing Special than the strategic location.

The check-in process was pathetic and lengthy, the reception staff not competent. The staff are fascists. I was with fiancée and her father and receptions monitoring our moves through the cameras, it was very embracing when I came to know that.

Location of the hotel was central, the room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast did not have any non veg like sausages, bacon etc. This could be included. And the shower area got flooded when we took a shower. But this was fixed soon.

I was alloted a massive room. Later realised it was a room meant for the differently abled..therefore. The staff is courteous and helpful.

The breakfast spread was limited and repetetive. The hotel itself is not the best to locate. The price matches a 4 star but the hotel doesnot have 4 star amenities. There is hot water...but it takes a full 15mins(by the watch) to run(rather waste)water before the hot water spouted. There's a lot on the menu but just a few things that are actually available to order.
